In this article, we will examine the different types of marketing campaign that can be created in the BuddyCRM new marketing suite!
This type of campaign enables you to use either the BuddyCRM email builder or upload your own HTML code to construct an email to be sent to your segments or lists. This is useful for seasonal offers, product campaigns or for newsletters. Email campaigns can be sent as a one off, or kept as a ‘draft’ and automated by using the Marketing Automations functionality.
Guides:
Signup Form
BuddyCRM allows you to create dynamic customisable web forms that can be embedded on a webpage or emailed out to contacts. You can customise the fields that are included (and what fields they map to in BuddyCRM) as well as the order and text. This could be used for website signup forms or enquiry forms. The information captured from the customer maps straight into BuddyCRM, removing the need for any manual data entry work. The styling of signup forms can be customised to match your website user experience.
Landing Page
BuddyCRM allows you to create custom landing pages that can be linked to from a website or email that have a specific purpose, for example collecting new contacts or enquiries about a specific product. The layout and imagery and text are all customisable within the BuddyCRM builder system. Landing pages are typically used to highlight a particular product range and collect enquiries about them.
Public Relations & Others
The ‘public relations’ & ‘others’ options are used for tracking more traditional or offline methods of marketing such as print campaigns/leaflets, letters or advertising through billboards, partners etc. These campaign types can be associated with any leads, accounts or opportunities that have been generated via this campaign, allowing you to report on the ROI of the campaign.
