Opportunity Sales Pipeline

Within BuddyCRM, we have now added our Opportunity Module. In this Module you are able to view your Sales Pipeline. To view your Sales Pipeline, Click on the Opportunity Icon.

You will then go to the Opportunity Main page. Here you will see the Total Value of Opportunities, Sum of Opportunities over 50% and Sum of closing this month as a value.  You can also Show your Own Data Only, this will be dependant on the permissions you have to view all data. The main page automatically defaults to a List View of your Opportunities which you can filter by each column. You can also do a PAL search from this Module only based on Opportunities.

You can also amend the view by Picking Columns. Create Mass Actions by selecting multiple records and change your view to the Pipeline View.  To amend your view click on the Pipeline View icon.


This will then show you the view of your Sales Pipeline by Probability as below.  You can also Sort By, Opportunity Value and Closed By date.

The Quick Edit function is available from both the List View and the Pipeline View.  This will show you a smaller version of the Record Card to the right hand side, which will assist you in adding notes and updating without leaving the search results page.
