BuddyCRM allows you to create calls, appointments and tasks for a group of records on bulk. This will save lots of time in manually creating activities for a team to complete, for example for a sales outreach or customer success project.
The mass action functionality can be utilised in the following areas:
- Leads
- Accounts
- Opportunities
- PAL search
Leads, Accounts & Opportunities
First highlight the records that you would like to select using the left-most checkbox in the grid. (Note that mass action can only support up to 30 records at a time)
Once you have selected the accounts in question, select ‘Mass Action’:
You will be prompted to select whether you would like to create calls, appointments or tasks:
You can then enter the details of the mass appointments, the same as when creating a usual activity. Select a template if desired and enter all mandatory fields:
Hit save to create the mass activities.
PAL search
First highlight the records that you would like to select using the left-most checkbox in the grid. (Note that mass action can only support up to 30 records at a time)
The ‘mass action’ functionality is behind the plus icon on PAL search results:
You can then enter the details of the mass appointments, the same as when creating a usual activity. Select a template if desired and enter all mandatory fields:
Hit save to create the mass activities.
Mass action can be a massive time saver for prompting action from a sales or customer success team to follow up warm leads, chase up opportunities or check in on your existing customers.
