No matter where you are in BuddyCRM, we have our static Search bar to assist you throughout. Here you can search Records, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities and Account Codes to find the information you require.
The Standard Search bar function is at the top of BuddyCRM. You can choose if you would like to view your Own Data, selected teams or members of staff this would depend on your permissions within BuddyCRM.
To search for the information you require, type in the first three letters. This will bring up a list below the Search bar. If you see the correct search result, click on the item as below. Then you will go to the Record. You can also type all the information and click on the Result as well.
If you have typed the first three letters and your result isn’t showing. Press Enter, this will then show you any information below the Search bar that has these letters in them. For example if you enter ‘WEL’ this will bring up any Contacts, Cases etc with this information in.
You can then select which Record you require from the list below. You can also customise your results view by, clicking on the cog and selecting from any of the results.
