A common query is about seeing the interactions with an account or lead.
If you go to the record in question and scroll down a little, you should see the Activity Feed area. At the top of this section, you will see pending activities, or things scheduled to happen that have not yet happened.
Below this, you will see completed activities (calls, appointments and tasks) as well as maildropped emails and any notes that have been added:

You can use the filter button next to ‘completed activities’ to filter these completed activities to a particular date range:
