Last Email Sent
As part of our latest BuddyCRM release, we have introduced a new field called Last Email Sent within both the Lead and Account modules.
To use this feature, you will first need to add the field to your view using the Pick Columns action button.
The Last Email Sent field displays the date of the most recent Maildrop email sent to a contact associated with the lead or account. This provides greater visibility into your email engagement history and helps users quickly identify when a prospect or customer was last contacted via email marketing.
For even greater insight, this field can be used alongside:
- Last Contacted – showing the date of the most recent completed call, appointment, or won opportunity.
- Next Activity Date – showing the next scheduled interaction with the lead or account.
Together, these fields provide a comprehensive view of customer engagement, helping teams maintain consistent communication and identify accounts that may require follow-up.
