There is nothing worse for the Management team having to trawl through Calendars and Records to keep track of the sales teams Activity.
In BuddyCRM we have a dedicated Manager Module here you can track KPI’s and set Targets.
Click on the Manager icon from the Buddy Bar.
This will take you to the Dashboard page which gives a view of the Activities in any of the users Calendars for Past, Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow and the Next 7 Days. You can also Select a specific Team or User to narrow down the search.
You can also view KPI’s information by selecting the icon below.
This will then show you a full screen view of KPI’s. You can see who is currently achieving and others who may need some assistance to get to the target. Again you can select specific Teams and Users.
To return to the Diary overview, click on the icon in the top right hand corner.
At the top of the screen are more menu items to look at more detail of sales team performance such as Activity and Sales KPIs. As manager you can also Set Up Targets, Assign Leads and also view Rejected Leads. Click on the Set Up and select from the drop down.
