Creating a Lead or Account

Creating a Lead or Account as easy as 1, 2, 3. BuddyCRM works on a 3 Click rule so this enables your sales team to achieve their target every month.

At the top of the BuddyCRM page you will see a static bar with a Search Function and 3 icons on the far right hand side. One of the Icons on the right hand side is a Plus Icon when you click on this it will give you the below pop up and allow you to Create your Leads or Accounts. You can also Create Activities from this area which will be discussed in another area.


When this pop up appears you can choose what you need to Create either a Lead or an Account. Then you will need to complete the Master Details * Mandatory fields. You can also fill out any other field which is relevant to your business.

Then you will scroll down to the next area which will be the Contact information. Again you can fill out just the *Mandatory fields or enter as much required information as possible.

Again scroll down to the next Area which is the Trading Profile. This tells you about the business which you are approaching or starting to trade with. Complete all the fields which are relevant to your business and Click Save.

This will now Create your Lead or Account. You can Edit the details in the Record Card whenever you need to do so.
