Clearing your browser cache

The BuddyCRM system uses the local cache within your web browser to store files, content & cookies to make the system run quicker and more efficiently. From time to time however it may be required to clear your browser cache to optimise the performance of your BuddyCRM system, especially if we have deployed new updates or features that could require this local content to change.

If you are experiencing issues with your BuddyCRM system, a good first step is to log out and clear your website browser cache for ‘all time’, then trying the action again.
